Synopsis
After returning from deployment, Sana—A muslim immigrant—is haunted by a mysterious man in her nightmares and a fractured sense of self. Caught between her cultural identity and the trauma she can’t outrun, she struggles to reclaim her reality before it slips away.

Khaula Kai is a Pakistani/American Muslim filmmaker and Meisner-trained actress with over a decade of theater experience. Rooted in her cultural heritage, Khaula’s journey began along traditional paths. Her enduring passion for storytelling led her to study Meisner technique at the Ruskin School of Acting. As a writer, actor, and director, she draws on a life lived across more than 50 countries, weaving empathy and authenticity into stories that uplift diverse cultures and marginalized voices.
