About Film Girl Film Festival
Film Girl Film Festival started in 2016 and was created to celebrate women in film, amplify distinctive voices, and bring filmmakers and audiences into meaningful connection.
Rooted in Chicago and connected to a wider creative community, the festival creates space for bold storytelling, emerging talent, and work that expands who gets seen on screen and behind the camera.
We believe in a film culture where women’s perspectives are not the exception, but an essential part of the stories we tell, the artists we champion, and the future we create.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ on Film freeway “Love Film Girl! This festival showcases diverse content from different genres. A good exposure for content creators with all kind of artistic styles.”
